After seven years at a derivatives trading company in London, I moved to Australia in 2003 and joined a corporate advisory firm specialising in helping entrepreneurs launch successful businesses. When one of my clients asked me to lead their venture, I accepted the challenge and spent the next four years raising investment capital, and building and running the business. Returning to consulting, I worked with several Australian organisations to develop and execute their strategies, expand into new markets, make value-adding acquisitions and optimise the impact of their people.
Since returning to London in 2013, I've worked intimately with the Boards, CEOs and executive leaders of British, European, American and global businesses to drive performance through purposeful strategy, a winning culture and high performing teams. I'm supported by a trusted network of consultants and change managers whose expertise can be called upon to meet specific client needs.
Married with two daughters, my passions include supporting Harlequins Rugby, snowboarding as fast as possible and riding my Ducati without incident.
